About Juhi Nath, LICSW
Clinician, Build The Self Psychotherapy
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) providing psychotherapy for children, adults and adolescents in Massachusetts. I approach therapy as a collaborative process – kind of like a journey that we take together. My role as your therapist is to be there to support you and find ways to move toward steadier ground. Therapy is a space that we curate together and is authentic to you.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Boston University, with a focus on clinical practice, and developed a strong foundation in trauma and systems-informed care. My professional background spans a variety of therapeutic settings, including working in residential and school-based programs, outpatient clinics and community settings where I’ve supported people navigating a range of emotional, relational and developmental challenges.
In my clinical work, I integrate concepts and elements from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) based skills. I want to offer a space to build awareness, explore inner dynamics and practice tangible coping skills. I value flexibility in my work and aim to meet people where they are, whether that involves providing practical tools or helping to regulate emotions, or holding a space that offers safety to start deepening self-exploration.
I strive to make this space one where clients feel seen, supported and empowered to create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
